This is Kichiro, a character from *ShouYume's manga, Genjou.
I liked him so much and last night I realized I haven't made any fanart of him! Blasphemy!
So here he is.... not quite sure WHAT he's doing (I just felt like making him do some sort of magic/energy thingy.
) But he is doing something SHINEY.
