I've been super SUPER busy lately with work and the OCT and also battling a few bouts of depression that have left me very... unmotivated.
I'm working on it right now, actually, though! I'm still getting roughs done and the script is still unfinished from when I last left it, but I really want to get it out before the end of the month. I really owe you guys an update and I feel like an awful person for not getting the out as fast as I would want.
The main reason why I'm making this a dev though and actually posting a formal note of this is for a variety of reasons-- I've been getting a LOT of notes, comments and messages asking for the next update and asking when is it going to be out and if I have abandoned it and so on.
I have said it on multiple occasions but I'm gonna say it again: I AM NOT GOING TO ABANDON MY HEARTGOLD RUN.
I have a whole plot layed out and things I want to do with this comic and I am too invested in it to just let it go. It may take me forever to do my updates but that's because I have a paying job I have to go to as well as duties as a mod for the Duality OCT and real life issues. I don't get paid to do my nuzlocke and I do it mostly for the enjoyment of creating it. It usually falls very low on my priorities for this reason.
Again, I'm really sorry for you guys having to wait on me and I'm glad that you guys are so patient (well, a good number of you are anyways) and I promise you'll see an update from me soon!
Hey Petty. Love your comics and I wanted to offer my support - do you take donations at all? I'd love to send a little gratitude my way for the many smiles your Nuzlocke comics have given me. As a fellow artist I know how hard it is to put time aside for artwork when life gets in the way.
It's alright. I promised three people art in Dec, but haven't even started them yet...It makes me feel really gross thinking about it so you're not alone! *hugs*
I know how it is. I've just touched the next page of my comic after not touching it for 2 months. I planned to have it done in late November. So much for that, lol.
Let me know
