Panel redraw of LEOPOLD using surf against metwo!
This is another of my favorite panels from when I drew the update-- I just always liked the thought of making water pokemon able to control water (especially psychic/water types).
LEOPOLD was the MVP of the fight-- he soaked up so much damage for me while I tried to figure out if I was going to be able to land a hit with PONGO without getting him outclassed with speed or OHKO'd by a high SpAttk move.
